Welcome to the Office of Special Education and Student Services. Our office provides a wide range of educational services for the students in the Upper Moreland Township School District.  These services are designed to meet the individual needs of all students.  Services offered by the District include but are not limited to, special education, gifted education, 504 plans, related services, school counseling, school psychological services, nursing, school assistance for homeless students, and parent resources.  The Office of Special Education and Student Services works collaboratively with parents and District staff to ensure that appropriate services are provided for all students.
