Southeastern Pennsylvania Schools Trust (SEPaST) is a consortium of school entities in Southeastern PA that work together to pool resources for the purpose of self-insuring medical and other employee benefits. 

Upper Moreland School District medical and prescription benefits are provided through this trust.  

Many benefit questions can be addressed confidentially by contacting Gallagher Benefits.

  • Did you receive a bill from a doctor but don’t know why?

• Difficulties:

  • Are you having difficulty getting a referral? Has the insurance carrier denied a procedure and do you want to appeal their decision?
