To help our students thrive both in school and as contributing citizens after graduation, they need resources including facilities, technology and supplies, which foster safety and security while supporting their learning and development.

PRIORITIZE sound financial stewardship which supports District programming and infrastructure through the review and exploration of various revenue streams.

  • Maximize investment returns through active investment management strategies to grow available resources.

  • Explore new and innovative revenue streams to help stabilize finances amid evolving educational funding needs.

  • Preserve the assessed valuations of all township parcels to safeguard the tax base and maintain financial stability for both the District and the broader community.

EVALUATE current safety and security systems to determine any improvements that can increase student safety and security.

  • Identify key skills and competencies to measure student success.

  • Analyze current metrics and develop a framework and system to evaluate the academic, behavioral, and emotional needs of students relative to the vision of the UM Future Ready Graduate.

  • Provide professional development for staff to analyze and utilize data to inform instructional and programmatic decisions.

MONITOR and evaluate facilities and grounds health and utilization to determine ongoing maintenance priorities which support student and staff learning and safety.

  • Monitor and facilitate the master capital plan to maintain infrastructure and support programming needs.

  • Focus on maximizing spaces to support programming needs as population and programming needs arise.

  • Review and update a preventative maintenance schedule to protect the health of infrastructure within buildings and on grounds.
