In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, UMMS students held a Day of Service last week. Thanks to the generosity of our families, students rolled 209 sock and snack packs for The Giving Room, supporting individuals experiencing homelessness. With additional donations, students also created snack bags for The Breathing Room Foundation, which supports local families traveling to medical appointments while battling cancer.

Thank you to our UM families for supporting these meaningful projects and helping our students give back to the community. We’re #UMproud of our students for honoring Dr. King’s legacy! 💜
