This group starts up in March. 

The Wind Ensemble is made up of exceptional musicians hand selected from the 7th & 8th grade concert bands. The Wind Ensemble performs throughout our community and gives the advanced students an opportunity to play more challenging material.  

Students sign up to be considered for the ensemble in early October during band class. The Wind Ensemble will be chosen from the students who sign up. The prerequisite for participation in the Wind Ensemble is an intermediate to advanced level of playing – participation in other ensembles such as the Marching Band and/or Jazz Band are not required, but are certainly encouraged.

The Wind Ensemble will perform the National Anthem on the field at a Phillies Game!
