🌟 Congratulations to the UMHS Rotary Student of the Month for April, Aubrey Pomrink!
Aubrey is recognized for her outstanding academic achievement, leadership, athletics, and service. She has completed 12 AP courses, earned the AP Scholar with Distinction Award, and maintained both Distinguished Honor Roll and Iron Bear Status. She also participated in the competitive SummerScience@Jefferson program and will attend the University of Pennsylvania to study Neuroscience on a pre-med track.
Beyond the classroom, Aubrey serves as Vice President of Student Council, Founder and President of Medical Club, and helped establish the UMES Tutoring Program to support ESL elementary students. She is also active in Key Club, Kiwanis, MiniTHON, National Honor Society, and contributes to Bear Print as a writer and designer.
A dedicated student-athlete, Aubrey was Head Captain of Varsity Cheerleading, earning both MVP and Most Dedicated Award, while also competing in varsity lacrosse. Outside of school, she volunteers at the Hatboro-Horsham Food Pantry, leads tutoring efforts in the community, and works at Roman Delight.
