I am pleased to share our district’s 2025-2030 Strategic Plan. It will guide the direction of the Upper Moreland Township School District as we strive to achieve our vision: One community working together to ensure every learner thrives and succeeds.

Ours is an increasingly diverse community whose members bring valued experiences and perspectives. We embrace and learn from our diversity as we work together to build a learning environment where every voice is heard and every member of Upper Moreland feels safe and a part of the fabric which makes us strong and successful.

This plan is the result of the collaborative work of many community partners invested in the success of all of our students. It is grounded in our work to create a school community focused on belonging and access for all learners.

The plan centers on future forward teaching and learning to target student success both during and after their 13 year journey as an Upper Moreland student, and this plan emphasizes the importance of all aspects of our organization focusing on continuous improvement and growth.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and perspectives to inform and develop this plan. And, thank you to all in our Upper Moreland community who will play a role in achieving the goals outlined in this plan. We truly are one community working together for all of our learners.
