    D.E.I.B. Committee

    By celebrating diversity, we can create an equitable and inclusive community in which our members feel valued, safe, and heard. Creating this sense of belonging will cultivate social, emotional and physical well-being.

    We need to include many factors in our steps to reach our goal. Broadly, these must include ongoing assessment of progress, policy and procedures, growing our professional development, and training, providing equal access to programming, curriculum, and district resources. 

    We will work to foster relationships with students, staff and all stakeholders within the district and surrounding communities through various outreach efforts and opportunities for involvement. Through education, we will target our efforts to identify and eliminate barriers and develop an open and welcoming school community where all voices are heard.
