    Robert J. Milrod, Ph.D. is the Superintendent of Schools for the Upper Moreland School District. Dr. Milrod holds an undergraduate degree from Haverford College, where he majored in Psychology with a concentration in Education. He graduated from Bryn Mawr College with a Master’s Degree in Human Development, and a Doctorate in Clinical Developmental Psychology. Dr. Milrod earned his Pennsylvania Principal’s Certification and his Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility through Penn State University.
    Currently in his thirty-seventh year in the education field, Dr. Milrod has worked with students from pre-school to university settings, in public and non-public schools, and in rural, suburban and urban locations. Over the course of his career, Dr. Milrod has served as a high school teacher of English, school psychologist, middle school assistant principal and principal, and central office administrator. Dr. Milrod is also a Pennsylvania Licensed Psychologist, and the Past President of the School Division of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association. He currently sits on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators (PASA). This year begins Dr. Milrod’s twenty-first year in the Upper Moreland School District, and his thirteenth year as Superintendent of Schools.
