UMTSD COVID-19 RESPONSE INFORMATION
Dear Upper Moreland Families:Thanks to the efforts and support of staff, students, families and the community, we have found ourselves in a position to adjust some portions of our Health and Safety Plan and mitigation efforts originally in place for end-of-year events. Both positivity and incidence rates across the County continue to fall; the District has had a significant reduction in reported COVID-19 case across all buildings; updated guidance has been provided by multiple organizations; and the PDE Attestation to Mitigation Efforts expires on May 31.As a result of all these factors, we will be making slight modifications to our COVID-19 Mitigation Efforts and Communications as detailed in our Health and Safety Plan. These changes that will be effective June 1, 2021. Please note that the majority of our efforts (masking, distancing, reporting) will remain the same as associated with core learning and activities.In summary, changes include:
