• Use of Non-Turf Fields – Class II Groups Only

    For those Class II Groups wishing to use the school district fields you will no longer go through the UM Parks and Recreation Department.  Beginning with the Winter of 2019/2020 season, all requests for use of school district fields will be done through the online scheduler School Dudes/FS Direct. 

    Follow the instructions shown under Application Process for Class I, II & III Groups – you will need to set-up a login and password then wait to hear that you have been accepted as an approved community user which will activate your login and password. Once you receive an email confirming you have been approved, you may login and begin the application process.

    Participant Fees – Class II Groups Only

    Please download, print and complete the Participant Fee Form, and email the completed form to Dawn Hurt at dhurt@umtsd.org, fax Dawn at 215-659-0904, or drop off at the Administration Building between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. 
    Please note that payment of participant fees and a current Certificate of Insurance are required.

    Follow the instructions shown under Application Process for Class I, II & III Groups – you will need to set-up a login and password then wait to hear that you have been accepted as an approved community user which will activate your login and password. Once you receive an email confirming you have been approved, you may login and begin the application process.
