    Goal I: (20% of evaluation)
    Continue with year two of a curriculum and instruction leadership role in the Framework areas of 6-12 science, literacy, social studies and mathematics. Provide guidance and support in the areas of 6-12 Business, Computers and Integrated Technology, K-12 Physical Education, 6-10 Health, K-12 Art, 6-12 FCS, 6-12 Technology Education and K-12 Music.

    Support the entry and supervise the newly appointed Director of Special Education and Student Services and the newly appointed Supervisors of Education.

    Guide progress of renovations to the Middle School and to the MS and HS Athletic Fields and Facilities.

    Goal IV:

    Work with building- and central-office administrators to revise the Code of Conduct. The revision will focus on the development and implementation of progressive intervention and discipline procedures in response to reoccurring behavioral infractions

    Board Statement:
    At the regular Action Meeting held on August 28, 2018, the Board of School Directors voted to record that Dr. Milrod met job performance expectations for the 2017-2018 school year.
