Mrs. Erin VanCassele, M.S. Ed.

Mrs. VanCassele completed her undergraduate degree in Special Education K-12 from West Chester University in 2011. She received her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Delaware Valley University in 2019.

Mrs. VanCassele has been a special education teacher for 10 years. Most recently, she was the Special Education Department Chair at Pennfield Middle School in North Penn School District, where she taught for 7 years. Mrs. VanCassele worked diligently with North Penn to improve inclusive practices and equity throughout the district. Prior to working in North Penn, she also worked for Fairfax County Public Schools in Virginia. She has taught in most grades from K-9. Mrs. VanCassele is excited to join Upper Moreland, advocating for special education students, families, and the team of professionals in the elementary buildings.

Mrs. VanCassele lives in Chalfont with her husband and two children; Hudson age three and Brynn age one. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, exercising, visiting her family at the beach in DE and the Finger Lakes of NY, and cheering for her favorite football team, the Green Bay Packers (and sometimes the Bills, being married to a Bill’s fan).
