On January 1, 2009, the new Right-To-Know Law became effective, which is governed by the Office of Open Records.
    In our School District, the Right-To-Know Officer (sometimes referred to as the Open Records Officer or the Public Records Officer) is the Chief Financial Officer/Business Manager, Matthew Lentz at mlentz@umtsd.org.
    Download and print the Right-to-Know Request Form. Fill out your request in as much detail as possible and deliver or mail to our Right-to-Know Officer, Matthew Lentz at UMTSD Administration Building, 2900 Terwood Rd. Willow Grove, PA 19090. 
    Requests can also be e-mailed to the e-mail address above. 
    A response will be mailed/e-mailed to the address on the request form within 5 business days of receipt of the request.

    Appeals Process:
    If you choose to file an appeal to a denied or deemed denied request, you must do so within 15 business days of the mailing date of our response or within 15 business days of the deemed denial 
    (Per Section 1101). Your written appeal must be mailed or delivered to the attention of Erik Arneson, Executive Director, Office of Open Records, 333 Market St., 16th Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17101.
