The K-12 physical education program is designed so that the student will be exposed to a variety of activities that enhance physical fitness and skill development. Students will be able to display the skills and practices of a physically active lifestyle, by gaining knowledge and a proficiency of activities the students will learn to enjoy and use them for life long health benefits. The student will learn the value of regular physical activity and its contribution to a healthy lifestyle.
