The Upper Moreland School District LEAP Program and Services provides for the needs of mentally gifted students through a challenging curriculum that offers opportunities for acceleration and enrichment while fostering self-discovery and independent learning.

An external evaluation of Upper Moreland's gifted support services was conducted during the 2003-2004 school year, and the district is in its fourth year of implementing the report's recommendations.

	Feedback Requested! Because we are in the process of implementing the recommendations of the external evaluation, it would be helpful having feedback from LEAP parents and students. 	Is My Child Gifted? You may request that your child be screened for testing by writing a letter to the psychologist at your child's school.
