Kindergarten Information

Beginning with the 2008-2009 school year, kindergarten at the Primary School is a full-day program with a voluntary half-day program option and is held at the Primary School.
Children must be five years old on or before September 30, 2008

Birth Certificate
Immunization Records*
Health History
Proof of Residence
(Deed, Lease, or Mortgage Statement)

* In order for your child to attend Kindergarten for the school year 2008-2009 he/she must have received the vaccines listed on this Immunization Chart.
