Welcome to the Primary School's Guidance Link. My name is Mrs. Judy Brunner. I enjoy being your child's guidance counselor. I believe my role is one which supports our Primary School community, our families and staff members, and how I can be of service to help each child in our school succeed and be the best he/she can be socially and emotionally.

I help to address your child's needs through developmentally appropriate guidance lessons on topics like friendship, appreciating differences, communication skills, perseverance, career awareness, dealing with change, and learning how to solve our problems in peaceful ways(conflict resolution). I also run various groups throughout the school year which focus on social skills, issues related to family changes, and coping skills when transitioning into our school. I meet individually with students who may need it and work with your child to learn strategies in helping him/herself when dealing with feelings related to his/her personal situations.

Information on this site will share information about parenting, guidance lessons taught in our Primary School, and special service projects we may be participating in during special times of the year.
