At dismissal gather “K-PM” walkers, car riders, van riders, and escort to the library. 
Organize Preston Lane Walkers and escort them to the 3rd grade stairwell exit in the Intermediate School for dismissal Return to Learning Labs 45/46 to supervise bus students.  When all buses are called report to the bus port area to supervise bus students.

Report to the library at dismissal time.  Organize daycare students and district van students.  Escort these students to the Intermediate School Cafetorium exit.  Supervise them as they load vans.

Student arrival report to the Reiniger walkers entrance 5th grade stairwell in the Intermediate School.
At dismissal time organize Reiniger neighborhood walkers in the library and escort them to the 5th grade stairwell in the Intermediate School for dismissal.

Direct bus/car traffic at arrival and dismissal time at the bus port/car intersection using hand held stop sign.

Classroom Teachers

Supervise and organize students at arrival (8:15 AM) and dismissal (2:45 – 3:05 PM) for their mode of transportation.  Be sure students remain quiet at dismissal time.  Write bus numbers on the marker board as they are announced.

Kindergarten Teachers – AM

Classrooms

Supervise students on arrival.  At dismissal, kindergarten teachers and kindergarten assistants are to organize all students and escort them to the bus loading zone in the front of the building.  Car riders are to be supervised near the flag pole and parents must park in a parking spot at the Intermediate School and walk up to receive their child.

Kindergarten teachers and kindergarten assistants greet and supervise students on arrival as they exit school busses, vans, and cars.  Organize students in lines and transition them quietly through the hallways to the classrooms.

Kindergarten Teachers – PM Dismissal

Learning Labs 45/46

Kindergarten teachers organize students for dismissal. (Mrs. Donahue can escort all kindergarten car riders, walkers, and van riders to the library – teachers please have these students organized and ready for Mrs. Donahue by 2:45 PM).  Teachers are to supervise kindergarten students as they wait in bus lines in Learning Labs 45/46.
