As our 8th grade students bid bon-voyage to Middle School we will be giving them a fabulous farewell party on May 2nd from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM  in the commons area of the Middle School. 

Cost:  $5.00 per person – Please make all checks payable to UMMS HSA.
Additional Cost:  $5.00 for each 5x7 picture that will be taken the night of party.  Please bring this money with you to the Farewell Party!

RSVP:  Your Boarding Pass Tickets can be purchased during lunch the week of
April 21st.

In order to have a scrumptious buffet for them to enjoy during the party we need help from our 8th grade families.  If you can donate a food or beverage item, please either return this form to your child’s homeroom teacher by Friday April 25th or contact me at cindybiehl@msn.com.
