Home and School Association

The Upper Moreland Middle School Home and School Association is looking forward to another productive school year. We are asking all families to join the H.S.A. Your membership dues and your time and energy are needed! We support many Middle School activities and provide additional educational materials. Please note the days and times of our monthly meetings on the District Calendar and consider attending. Check out our  meeting schedule; we need your help.

Our membership drive begins at the start of the school year. We are asking for an $8.00 family donation. Please complete the form below and return it with your check or cash in the attached envelope. Make checks payable to: UMMS HSA.

Have your student return the envelope to his/her Homeroom Teacher by Friday, September 19, 2008. Only one form per family is necessary.  This is for the Middle School HSA only!  Your membership includes a copy of the Middle School Directory.
