National Federation of the Blind (NFB): offers thirty $3,000 - $12,000. National Scholarships and 2-$1,000 scholarships to Pennsylvania residents are granted annually to blind students who plan to pursue college. *Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC): offers students the opportunity to earn their degree and receive valuable leadership and management skills.
