Meetings with students and with parents over the years make it clear that parents often are aware of aspects of their child’s maturation and activities which are not readily apparent to us here in school.  To help us prepare perceptive, supportive recommendations, we would appreciate knowing how parents see their child in various areas.  Would you therefore take a few minutes to answer the following questions from your own point of view.

1.  What are your child’s out-of-school activities which may not be known to us here at school?

2.  In what areas has your child shown the most growth over the past four years?

4.  If you could tell an admissions counselor something about your son/daughter, what would it be?

5.   Are there any unusual circumstances that have affected your child’s educational experiences?
