Pictured above is the Grand Slam for the Cure Poster created for the UMESPA team for the Relay for Life event held on June 15 & 17, 2007. The team collected contributions throughout the year to help support the American Cancer Society's efforts in finding the cure. Participants from the UMESPA included Elaine Ferguson (Team Captain), Georgette Gorra, Kathy Harris, Jan McCarthy, and Jackie Moffa. In addition, Upper Moreland School District was represented by the UMHS Key Club, the UMHS National Honor Society, along with faculty from the Intermediate School and the High School.

 

 

 

 

The Relay For Life® of Eastern Montgomery County was again a resounding success. Thanks go to more than 820 registered walkers who participated in this year's event, including the UMESPA's team. Thanks also go out to all our supporters who through their financial contributions helped the 78 teams have raised an impressive $200,524 and counting - amazing!!

Cancer touches all our lives.  Give what you can to find a cure.
