Purpose
The Board directs that strong lines of communication be maintained by the district with other districts and institutions which provide programs, training, or services not otherwise available to students residing in this district.

Authority
The resident district of each student has responsibility and authority for said student.  In order that each student receive maximum benefit from their program of studies, cooperation between institutions is essential.

Delegation of Responsibility
In order to maintain cordial and constructive relationships with other educational institutions, the Superintendent or appropriate administrators shall cooperate to ensure an effective educational program for the students so involved.
