Purpose
For the mutual benefit and protection of each regularly employed
classified staff member and the district there shall be established by contract
or Board resolution the specifics of such employment.
Authority
The Board has the authority under law to prescribe employment
conditions for the personnel of the school district. Willful misrepresentation
of facts material to the employment and determination of salary level
shall be considered cause for disciplinary action up to and including
dismissal of the employee.
Guidelines
In the event that question arises with respect to the application
of an individual employee contract that is superseded by a collective
bargaining agreement that question shall be resolved in accordance with
the grievance procedure in the said collective bargaining agreement.
