    d. Report grades a minimum of four times per year in the elementary schools, but insure that both student and parent receive additional timely warnings of poor academic performance and/or a pending grade of a failure through the use of verbal or written warning notices indicating the student’s current academic status.
    e. Broaden the scheduling of parent-teacher conferences to such times and in such places to insure the greatest degree of participation by parents, and to increase the level of family participation in the learning process.
    f. Continually review and improve the methods of communication with students' homes, especially the reporting of student progress to parents. Involve students, staff and parents in that review.
