Consistent with the State Code, it shall be the policy of the Board of School Directors to assume no responsibility for making its regular educational program available to residents of this district who are high school graduates or who have completed the school year in which they have attained the age of 21 years, nor shall the Board be responsible for such continuing education for such residents in the schools of any other district.
