Standards for Effective School Governance  
     

To promote student growth and achievement, The Upper Moreland School Board shall:
 

a.   Advocate for a thorough and efficient system of public education.
b.   Model responsible governance and leadership.
c.   Govern through policy
d.   Ensure that effective planning occurs.
e.   Monitor results.
f.   Communicate with and engage the community.
