For Students With Special Dietary Needs

milk
The Upper Moreland Food Service Program participates in the federal Child Nutrition Program (School Lunch, School Breakfast or After School Snack Program). As such, accommodations are made for children who are unable to eat the school meals because of a disability* that restricts their diet. In order to make modifications or substitutions to the schoolmeal, schools must have a written Medical Statement on file that is signed by a licensed physician.

*Onlv a Phvsician can declare if a student has a disability.

To ensure the safety of our students, the Special Dietary Needs Guidlines and Forms  can be found by accessing your child's school link below. Complete and return the appropriate forms to your child's school secretary.
