Cost: $248 per month
$25 Registration Fee
10% discount for each additional child.
To enroll your child in the Upper Moreland After School Program, complete the Program Information and Enrollment Agreement Form and the Emergency Contact Form. Return these forms along with a $25 registration fee per student to the:

*Your child's Health Report needs to be completed, signed and returned to the After Care program.
