Welcome to the Upper Moreland School District
Please Note: Students in our current Kindergarten and First Grade Programs are automatically registered for 1st Grade or 2nd Grade accordingly.
At this time, we are beginning the registration process for next year.
2013-2014 registration for students entering Grade 1 or 2 will be held at the:
Upper Moreland Primary School
3980 Orangemans Road
Hatboro, PA, during the following times:

Thursday, March 21, 2013 between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM
Or
-
Friday, March 22, 2013 between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM
To be eligible for first grade, students must be six (6) years of age on or before September 1, 2013, or must have successfully attended and completed a state-approved kindergarten program.
If you are registering a 2nd grade student for the 2013-2014 school year, please bring a copy of your child’s most recent first grade report card.

Requirements for Registration are as follows:
1. Proof of Residency:

In addition; two (2) of the following must be presented: current Utility Bill, Internal Revenue Statement, current Bank Statement, current Insurance documents, etc., bearing the address on the Property Deed, Mortgage Statement or current Lease.
- If the parent is not the owner or lessee of the residence, download a Multiple Occupancy Form to be completed and notarized. Multiple Occupancy forms are also available at the Student Services Office, 2900 Terwood Road, Willow Grove. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact the Student Services office at (215) 830-1515.
- If you already have a child(ren) attending the Upper Moreland School District, proof of residency is still required to be shown for each new student enrolled within the district.
3. Birth Certificate of Student
4. Report Card and/or Transcript (unofficial) as well as any test scores (standardized tests from prior school)
5. IEP, if student is designated as a special education/gifted student in their current school.
Download and fully complete the following Registration Forms:
Bring the completed forms, proof of residence (see above), immunization report, most recent report card, and your child’s birth certificate. NO CHILD WILL BE REGISTERED UNLESS ALL ITEMS ON THE CHECKLIST ARE FURNISHED
AND ALL FORMS ARE FULLY COMPLETED.
