Complaint Resolution Process for Federal Programs

 
The No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB) legislation requires Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) to adopt written procedures for “receiving and resolving any complaint alleging violations of the law in administration of programs.”
